According to a study conducted in Japan, which included 21 individuals, the occurrence of panic attacks and anxiety are closely linked to the levels of iron and vitamin B6.
The study found out that people who have a lack of vitamin B6 and iron, from time to time may experience panic attacks which were marked by episodes of hyperventilation.

The study also confirmed that those who have these vitamins in sufficient amounts didn’t suffer from any hyperventilation and nervousness problems.
Vitamin B and iron are essential for the amalgamation of tryptophan into serotonin which controls mental soundness and disposition, and cardiovascular capacity and rest.
